Truly a hidden gem in SDs East County community of Santee. Katie goes above and beyond and redefines what customer service is all about. She's truly an asset as is the entire staff. Great coffee, great food, great ambiance.

I'll be honest and say upfront that I'm not really a coffee drinker. Our church actually gets coffee here though and serves it at our church on Sundays. I frequent the shop for an early morning men's group that our church has and enjoy being in the shop. They have other things for non-coffee drinkers like me. I often get acai bowls and hot chocolate. They have a nice outdoor seating area and I know my pastor frequents the shop to work and write his sermons.

Excellent craft coffee in San Diego! These folks roast their own beans! Legit!

The management today was rude. Never said hi, or say I’ll be with you shortly when she was doing inventory and completely ignored me when I locked eyes with her. The one barista was on bar and couldn’t help me when she was clearly making drinks for customers. But she also did not say hi or she’ll be with us shortly.I ended up leaving, and at drive thru location instead since they’re kind and more attentive. I won’t be coming to this location again.

I go in here most of time. You'll probably spend too much money here because the food and drinks here are delicious. It has a good vibe. The staff are very friendly. They tolerate me talking to them too much. They have a large variety of goods. If you're down to study, hangout with friends or just be there by yourself, it is definitely the place for you.

The coffee is marginal, and selection choices are very limited. The atmosphere is nice and trendy but the coffee (both espresso and drip) are shallow and lack robustness. The staff and the clientele are cold and rude. I much prefer Santee Coffee corner.

The chai tea spicy has no flavor The last time a cane here the people were so nice that I wanted to come back the coffee was really good to to day I dont know what happend but way different than my first visit not sure I will be back after to day. It's not that hard to be nice and make coffee.

This place has better coffee than Starbuck's, a great location and local music. Excellent food and service as well. Highly recommended.

Great coffeeshop for those looking for a great macadamia latte, cold brew, or fresh, on tap kombucha! My husband and I visit regularly as we are both in college still and find it a great go to place for studying. This isn't as great a place on some weeknights when there is live music, because it can get fairly crowded. However, if you're looking to enjoy good local music, it's a great place to hear a wide variety of local artists display their talents with a delicious drink as your sidekick.

Just walked in for the first time and waited to get asked for my order then a nice couple walked in after me and got served and I got forgot. So I left since the worker girl can't do her job right. Really upsetting. I don't recommend this place if they can't even have decent service. Thank you for saving me money plus tip.

A wonderful coffeehouse with a large selection of various hot and cold beverages, including a variety of coffee drinks and teas. Plus they have an offering of soups, bagels, sandwiches, etc. On some nights they offer live music from local musicians or bands.

Good ambiance but morning staff sooooo slow prepping coffee I had to bail before getting served. If you aren't in a hurry it could be a good choice.

I'm glad I stumbled on this local coffee shop! I was in the area looking for something small and local and this fit the bill in every way. I got a 16oz mocha which came out perfectly smooth and no bitterness at all (unlike the big chain we're all familiar with). If I'm back in the area I'll definitely be back!

i walked in and the place was super cute it had a really casual vibe to it and the staff was friendly. they also gave me the option to have my drinks in paper or ceramic cups, which is super environmentally conscious and adds to the atmosphere of this place. i ordered the seasonal latte and i was not disappointed.

First time coffee and it was really satisfying. Dope place with welcoming staff and a good place to study/work. Ambience is nice and plays good music as well 👏

Coffee is really good here, they also have a great selection of really nice teas. They often have live music, I especially love the open mic night. They are friendly and know about coffee. It's a little place, I hope they had a bigger space, but at the same time, you love the small space charm. Highly recommend.

Really nice and cozy spot. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. Tried a iced cold- brew coffee one time before and a cappuccino, both tasted great. This spot is good to grad a coffee and study, read and meet with friends. They also have outdoor seating, I definitely like that option. I will be visiting this place again soon.

This place is always so good. The workers are super nice.

I really enjoy the environment here, and I like that they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. However, the quality of drinks is never consistent and the employees move at a very slow pace. I really want to love it here, but they might need more employees or better training. I see so many good reviews, so maybe I go on off days.

The atmosphere is nice but the items are kind of pricey for my taste. I would likely just go to Starbucks next time instead.

So glad there are other places to get coffee drinks beside the chain coffee shops! You have to try the peppermint latte - amazing!! Not much to eat if you low carbing it - but the latte is enough - yummmmm!
